MURDER SCENE — A parking lot off Farley Lane, between Veterans Road and Josephine Street in Wingham, was the scene of a homicide investigation over the weekend after the body of Scott Hayes of Wingham was found Friday night. Two area men have been charged with second degree murder and made a video appearance in Goderich Court Tuesday morning.
