The Wingham Midget boys fastball team racked up three more wins in the past couple weeks before losing to Chesley at home July 14.
Wingham took two wins against Teeswater with scores of 13-4 and 4-1 and rocked Durham 7-2 at home before getting beaten by Chesley.
Against Durham, Wingham scored four times in the first inning and cruised to the win. Chesley came to town and put five runs in the book in their first at bat and went on to an easy 11-4 victory over the short-handed Wingham squad.
The team will play two more home games this week. On Wednesday the Keady Jets are here and Thursday, Chepstow comes to town.
Both games are at 8:30 p.m. at Riverside diamond.
